Updates are sent out in waves depending on region, phone model, build and serial number and if the phone is a branded version i.e supplied by a network then these can have their own schedule due to the networks possibly wanting to test out the update so it does not clash with their network features and apps.
Please do keep checking the phone's software update section and sometimes Samsung Smartswitch can help.
A website called sammobile.com has information regarding software update schedules.
