Locked out of Samsung Account

Hi. My wife logged out of her Samsung account and can't get back in because she did not update her new number. When she enters her email a text is sent to her old number with access code. After several attempts it now wants to call her old number.

Anyway around this please or does she have to set up a new Samsung account and delete the old one?

Your wife may need to contact Samsung via phone for Samsung to help with her account details @pilotC

@pilotC: Please try following the link below, select the 'On your computer' option and follow the on screen instructions. From here you should be able to verify the phone number you'll use to receive verification codes, or save a list of backup codes to use if you can’t get to your phone while signing in.
