Live transcribe for calls on A52S

Hi,

I've been told my phone should do live transcribe for calls, but it doesn't have that option.  Interestingly, my tablet (ie. a thing that cannot make calls) does have the option.  The android version and One UI are the same so why doesn't my mobile have the option?  I'm confused!

The Live Transcribe is an option that is available in the Accessibility of the phone's settings under Hearing Enhancements. 

If that settings isn't available then it may not be available on your model of Samsung phone unfortunately. 

Not all Mid range phone's have the settings a tablet or s series of phone's have.
