Live Caption not available in Galaxy A12 ?

Does anybody know why my Galaxy A12 cannot receive Live Caption ?

I've just bought an A8 and have the same issue so it's useless to me. Will never buy another Samsung product.

I'm really sorry to hear of your disappointment here. I can see that Live Caption is available on high end Samsung devices running One UI 2.5 and above, including the Galaxy S20, S21 and S22 ranges. However, we are working to add new services and features to all our ranges and will note your feedback down for any future upgrades.
