I got a new device, the a51 5g but link to windows no longer works. I try and connect it and everything seems ok from my phone but when I check my pc it says 'we are having troubke connecting' and lets me scan a QR code, which does nothing. It would seem like it's the PC app but it worked just fine on my old A8. This isn't a big issue and I can live without it, but in just wondering if anyone else had the same thing and got it to work.

When trying to connect, do you receive a message on your phone asking you to accept the connection?

Yeah, that comes up. but then the PC has a error ( a small yellow box in the top of the app) saying something along the lines of 'we are experiencing connection issues'.
