Where is this file sitting in ?
What has caught my eye is the apk part of the file name.
Apk files can cause instability and have hidden viruses etc in them.
Personally I will not download apk files or have them on my phone.
If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

Also jf you haven't already perform a Google Search.
I have checked in my Settings > Apps > Show System Apps > and at the moment cannot see that file on my phone.
