Intermittent Speaker/Sim Card Issues

The bottom speaker on my A52s 5G is crackling/buzzing and my sim card is being read however, it has became non functional and the bottom speaker cuts out often and only works once pressed down towards the bottom of the device.

Please Help Me 😭.

May I assume your sim card works fine in another phone.

And the speaker is free from any build up of debris. 

Your phone has a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.

Please run this to see if anything is highlighted.

Your possible next step would be to have the phone assessed by a Samsung Service Centre.

I assume the phone hasn't been accidentally bumped / dropped or had water ingress so that it's covered under the 2 year warranty.
