Hello there, as the tittle inquiries I'm experiencing troubles with, I assume, video codecs on my device. The thing is when I send videos over telegram, some devices like telegram web, android 12 o ios can't reproduce them or even download them, but if a person who can see it dowloaded it and share it from their device it works. Also some app like twitter or reddit show some videos like stopmotion, or reproduces pretty slow, but I don't have that problem on youtube or another videos in those apps. I have everything up to date, I did a factory reset, I don't know what to do.
