I got a new A55 today and it's acting up

It's been kicking me out of calls and now it kicked me out of Netflix I'm afraid it'll kick me out of more apps is there a way to stop this or fix it

Hey! Welcome to the Samsung community! Sometimes it happens when you are updating or apps are auto updating. Please make sure you update everything to the latest versions including the mobile software and see if the problem persists. Please give it a day or two and if it still does, please reach out to Samsung Customer Service and they will help you further. Hope this helps! Please update us on the progress.

Hello @velcroqwq  👋 

Did you perhaps use Samsung SmartSwitch to move across your content from your previous phone to this current one 🤔 

If so factory reset and set your phone up as new i.e manually download the apps etc and then see what happens. 

For some Samsung SmartSwitch has caused hiccups due to transfer process. 

Personally i use Samsung Cloud and Samsung SmartSwitch to move across only my Gallery. 

You could also try these generic troubleshooting steps. 

Keep in mind any relevant cooling off period to have the phone swapped out.
