I cant upgrade my android from 11 to 13

I have Galaxy A71 and my andriod is 11, recently i understood A71 can upgrade from Android 11 to 13 but after I checked my settings and try to update phone there is no upgrade.

I worry about that because my last update was installed on April 22, 2021 and it's looking strange!!

Why i haven't get any update?!!

I check IMEI and there's no problem and my phone not rooted.

Your phone model is on the list for the update > https://www.sammobile.com/news/every-samsung-galaxy-device-updated-to-android-13-one-ui-5-0. 

However updates are sent out in batches in relation to region lived, phone model and serial and build number.

Imported or grey import phone's can sometimes receive updates later and phone's supplied by a network may have their own update schedule based on the network wanting to test the update to ensure nothing clashes with their network features and apps.

Keep checking your update section in your phone and perhaps try Samsung Smartswitch.

Sometimes popping in a different network than your using sim card can instigate updates > no guarantees however.
