How to take a screenshot on the A12

I tried holding power button and home button, that's how you usually do it 😕

Oh I found a way. Hold home button to bring goggle assistant then say 'take screenshot'
Another way is power button and volume down.

power and vol down is the default android method, it should work on the A12 too

The proper way to do it with the A12 is to press the volume button down and the power button together at the same time.
