how retrive original imei?

Problem occured in 25 march. My A04s got stolen with original box and charger. Somehow I got back my device only.  Thief got changed original imei. Now I want back my original imei. On internet I found only 1st IMEI using serial number.  How to get both imei of my phone?

Imei is specific to the phone. Not something that will be able to change.
If the imei number is different on the phone you have, then it would be a different phone.
If your phone was Duel sim with two imei numbers and this one only has one number. Then that device won't be Duel sim
You would be able to see in settings and about phone
Sounds like it's a different phone altogether
