How i turn on the setting "require password to power off" on the new One UI 7?

Is there any setting that enables this while the phone is unlocked? 
I have had my phone swiped from me at a bar while it was unlocked - so the settings above were not helpful in this situation.
I (and others) want to be prompted for a password or PIN whenever the phone is powered off, regardless of the screen started from.

I don't know about that, but you can enable theft detection. So if it sees it's been snatched it will auto lock. I will send the steps below to and see if your device supports it. Sorry that happened to you.

Settings > security & privacy > lost device protection > then theft detection > enable the settings you want.

That should prevent them turning off WiFi and powering the device down.

Why on earth you you want your phone to ask for a password to allow it to power off?

The whole idea of passwords is to stop someone getting into your phone, not getting out.
