I understand, follow those steps below and this will enable this feature for you;

Here's how to make your phone ask for a password before turning off when it's locked:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Lock screen & AOD.
  3. Choose Secure lock settings.
  4. Turn on "Lock network & security."

I'm sure this is the feature you're asking; I have enabled this on all my devices. Hopefully, this will solve your issue.

To require a password before turning off a Samsung phone, you need to enable the "Lock Network and Security" setting within the Secure Lock settings. This setting prevents Wi-Fi and mobile data from being turned off when the phone is locked, which helps with tracking if the phone is lost or stolen. The phone will then prompt for your password, fingerprint, or pattern before it can be powered down.

Steps to enable the feature:

Open Settings: Navigate to your phone's settings.

Go to Security: Find and select "Security and Privacy" or "Biometrics and Security".

Secure Lock Settings: Locate and tap on "Secure Lock Settings".

Lock Network and Security: Enable the "Lock Network and Security" option.

Find My Mobile: If you haven't already, enable "Find My Mobile" within the Security and Privacy settings.

Confirm Password: You may need to enter your password again to confirm changes.
