@beckylouis3: If you open the Weather app > Tap the 3 lines in the top left > Tap the cog in the top right of the pop up window > Use current location, and toggle the switch so it says 'Agree', this should use your current location to provide the Weather app features, such as showing your local weather forecast. You can also use the Manage locations option in the 3 lines menu to manually edit your location. I hope this helps.
