Home and undo bottons not working after software update

hi guys, I have an A52 5G bought less than one month ago. I have just updated the last software version and the home and undo buttons do not work anymore. Each time I click on them I can't close the interface anymore and it looks like all is stuck. Why? How can it be fixed?

Hi there, all done nothing has changed. The phone keeps on freezing. How do I go back to previous software??? I can't accept this as the phone is not usable. Thank you.
