Help with phone.

I have a Samsung galaxy A13.

Bought as a present, but too fancy for me lol.

I want it for exercises. So is it possible to delete all exercises that I wouldn't use and add what I need?

I managed to add Hoola hoop which shows up on the phone. I added one chair fitness and boogie bounce on my phone but cannot get the on my watch.

Can you delete any of the apps off your phone that aren't required 

Would be grateful for any help xx

To delete an app that's always itself to be uninstalled all you need to do is long press on the app icon and then choose uninstall.

If this isnt an option then another option is to go into Settings > Apps > Choose the App > Choose disable and or force stop @LynnB
