HELP MY GALAXY A13 5G DEVICE IS CRASHING

So i downloaded on my trusty website a ringtone but now if i open on setting to change it to default over the horizon 2024 it doesn't let then it says galaxy keep crashing wana close it yes or no i click yes and this cycle is been going for 3 mins

Thank you for your message. Does this also when you A13 is fully up-to-date? If yes, have you tried resetting the settings? Go to Settings ---> General Management ---> Reset ---> Reset all settings. Let me know if this works.
