Where was the phone purchased from initially. UK or abroad. Have you 'flashed' installed a different firmware using a 3rd party method?

Thanks. It's likely that you may not receive any OTA updates if you are not in Lebanon any more. You could try plugging into a laptop or PC and using Smartswitch to force an update, but there's no guarantee it will work. This includes any future security updates.

I get daily update from galaxy store and yesterday I getting google play system update

Yes, you'll still get these type of updates, but not firmware or security updates. You asked the other day about when you will receive the next security update (july). It's these types of updates that you may not get anymore due to the non stock ROM

Your CSC may still be set for Lebanon. If you post a screenshot of your CSC then we can check.
Settings>About phone>Software information. Scroll down to Service provider software version and take a screenshot
