It will get the update, it will be it's last, but sadly only after june (Samsung posted today it's schedule to update Galaxy phones to One UI 7, but the final is just decided until June)
The S24 series, Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 have got the One UI 7 update in Europe today. It will roll out to other phones in the next few weeks. The A14 is one of the lower end phones, so it will probably be June when it gets the update.
