HAND FREE OPTION FOR ANSWERING AND REJECTING INCOMING CALLS

Hi .. I have asked a similar question to this previously , however I just have not been able to get this option working. I also contacted the accessibility section in Samsung who wrote me a one liner explanation that doesn't guide me very well. 

I have installed call announcer app and I know want to be able to say answer or reject for incoming calls . This was previously available via S voice app also.

I have downloaded ok google , just cant figure it out from there. I need this for my job

Look like they remove that option on new phones. I am in rope access job, really need that option. Only what I manage on my s10e is use bixby to call someone. I use it yesterday, to call my colleague, tell him what  to do, how to help me. But I can t use Bixby to answer incomming calls
