I totally agree with you, members app my a**e. Every time I have asked for help not 1 person has replied
I am not very good with tech or phones and can not even use the keyboard.I only want to know what I need to reset as I have set it up incorrectly. I have only had it for 6 months and cannot afford another one .

Why the he'll would he make it up, I have so many issues with mine and now it's got to the point that I can't even use it. I have tried sending screen shots etc but Samsung are known for being difficult from what I gather and they could of at least got back to me .
