Sounds like you might have set a calendar entry or routine to remind you. Take a screenshot next time it pops up and that should help us identify the source of it.

If you have any productivity or finance apps like Todoist, Microsoft To-Do, Google Keep, Evernote, or finance apps like Mint, they might be sending reminders for tasks or bills. Open those apps and check if there's any reminder set for 10 PM.

Thanks. I do have Evernote but it can't send me notifications. I'm sure I've got nothing anywhere as it doesn't even make sense to me.
