Every minute, on a new A40, I get a message about the game optimization, that it's stopped working.
It's getting very intrusive, however I can't see how to uninstall it.
Can you tell me how to do this?
Thanks, Dave

Go into Settings_Apps_Tap the 3 little dots in the top Rh corner and choose System Apps_Scroll down to Game Optomising Service_Location and clear data and cache.
Or force stop it.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Clearing cache, does not help. Clear data does not help.
Dozens of times a day when I open and/or close a game, and only for games, this error pops up:
Game Optimizing Service has stopped
App info
Close app
On my Verizon Galaxy S23
I fear the app got transferred from my S22 or something, but it doesn't help anything and is a frequent annoyance. I believe these instructions can help uninstall it via ADB:
https://www.androidsage.com/2022/10/29/delete-game-optimizing-service-gos-from-your-samsung-galaxy/
I see these packages:
package:com.samsung.android.game.gametools
package:com.samsung.android.game.gos
package:com.samsung.gamedriver.sm8550
package:com.samsung.android.game.gamehome
via:
adb shell pm list packages | grep 'game'
and I am looking for confirmation from Samsung which of these are safe to uninstall.
When the crash occurs there is an App Info option in the dialog, I want to uninstall that app, but from the device there is no option, ADB seems the only way, I'm just trying to tie the package name to the right app, and not uninstall more then I need to to prevent the FREQUENT crash.
