Last week my Galaxy A72 suddenly stopped receiving data. No 4g or any signal. No messages. Only wifi. It has never been damaged and has a leather case to protect it. I swapped my SIM card to another phone and it worked fine in that phone. Gave A72 phone factory reset. No change. Got new sim card and set it up in A72. No change. Tried different provider sim card in A72. No change. Changed sim card tray from identical A72 . No change. All updates are up to date. It must be hardware fault. The phone was bought new and unopened on eBay in April 2022. I have the eBay receipt and original box. Any ideas.

Yes. Total factory reset. No difference. I suspect a hardware fault.

Nothing works. Tried new Sim after ages on the phone to Sky, then bought another pay as you go sim from a different provider, Vodafone. It worked for a few hours and then cut out again. Tried swapping the sim cards over in the sim tray. Tried blowing air into the sim slot in case dirt had got in. Really frustrating. Can I go back to a previous update somehow?
