Galaxy A72 Locking Me Out

My Galaxy A72 attempts to unlock itself while in the pocket especially when the screen is facing the leg side. It says I have made too many unlock attempts then locks me out. Recently it locked me out for 39 minutes. I couldn't access my bus ticket app upon finishing work and the driver made me pay for another ticket and I was very angry with Samsung. It's always happening but I can't switch my phone off because I want to keep messages coming and also check time at work. I keep the AOD on because that's the main reasons why I buy Samsung. How can I stop this from happening.?
