Galaxy A71 Fingerprint stuck at 20%

   Hello guys,

Just bought recent an A71, made all the updates  but when i try to register my fingerprint it only goes up to 20%, after that, it just pops up a message that my fingerprint couldn t  be register...any help?

Look in the security and Biometrics section to see of there are any fingerprints registered @Randrei94 

If so delete them and try again.

If not soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.

Do you have a screen protector applied ?

 If that does not help then back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.

If so then make arrangements to send the phone back to have it swapped out is my advice.
