- Very happy after getting my Samsung Galaxy A35 5G. But I have a problem using any third party apps. After all there's no phone that comes with every app. The Samsung default apps are very useful and usable. They contain zero ads.
I have one great problem. After switching to Samsung I was very hyped up and had been excited for this but now I'm stuck with having to tolerate ads on every third party app I mggrietinstall. This is mainly because these apps have unlimited access to data and wifi usage.
I have used others devices my whole life. It's not for competitive reasons but they are winning, literally. An option to restrict network access to apps is very useful. Some apps & games work very well offline.
I used to enjoy having it.
Here's a demonstration of what I'm talking about.
Looking forward to having this feature included in future updates.

On Samsung phones the choice is mobile data, wifi or both. There is a way round it, select an app for mobile data, switch mobile data off and use wifi, or do it the other way round.

If you select Wi-Fi only, turn off mobile data, and don't connect to Wi-Fi, the app will be offline.
Background data usage can be turned off for each app: Settings>Apps> tap app info> mobile data>turn off background data usage

This is so annoying. The function exists in stock Android. Samsung actively removes it.
