Galaxy A55 | Problem with connection

Hello! I bought the A55 in October this year and for the first 2 weeks I was very happy with the purchase. But then I started to get completely disappointed because of the connection problems.

1. The mobile network keeps dropping H+after calls, it is solved by rebooting (not always). Sometimes it happens that when you want to call, the call is terminated and an error is displayed: not registered in the network (after which the signal level indicator turns in a crossed out circle with the caption "emergency calls only"

2. WiFi and Bluetooth turn off by themselves one by one, each time differently. Sometimes it turns off and turns on by itself, and sometimes you have to reboot the phone.

(Important! There is no physical SIM in the phone, only eSIM)

I would be glad to hear suggestions about the causes of the problems and how to solve them. Thank you!

Hi and warm welcome 👋

Try reseting network settings:
Settings > general management > reset > reset network settings
And reset WiFi and Bluetooth settings

Try to wipe cache partition:

Try safe mode and see if there's any 3rd party apps conflicting:

Do the network issues happen in one particular place or everywhere 🤔 

I'm thinking maybe a network mast issue and or network congestion. 

Do run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything. 

A final resort is to back up and factory reset. 

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.

Спасибо за ответ! Проблема возникает где угодно, независимо от расстояния до вышки сотовой связи. Я провел диагностику, и отчет не показал никаких проблем. В магазине сказали, что это проблема программного обеспечения и нужно ждать обновления . I'll try switching to a regular SIM card, maybe this will solve the problem since I used a physical SIM card for some time after purchasing it and there were no problems.

I'd suggest you do an error report via the feedback tool as this is currently being looked into by samsung so any additional information may be useful for the experts

Did your phone improve - mine is driving me insane. It refuses to connect to printers, music streamers. I have to restart all the time to see devices in my home. It's like it doesn't know that it is connected to my wifi. I have the a54 from work and it works perfectly - A55 is a useless piece of shite!
