When you bought your device, you would have known the updates policy for said phone.

Tech is moving so fast and the reality is that older phones simply won't meet the requirements.

Hello @Siam78 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋 

Unfortunately some phone's won't be able to run the newest software as seamlessly as the newer phone's due the internal hardware and soc. 

This is why a timeframe is placed on the amount of updates a phone can receive when it comes to full new softwares. 

Also security patches will also eventually stop which in my eyes is more important. 

I totally understand and appreciate your disappointment 😞 regarding this. 

Hopefully you'll be able to upgrade your phone and do check how many updates the phone is set to receive.

Maybe consider the upcoming S25 series coming soon in January next year which have 7 years of OS upgrades.
