I bought the phone and had to manually set it up with boost mobile. I've gone back and forth with boost mobile about this issue and they can't fix it. I also talked to a Samsung care agent and he said everything was fine. Photo Messages still don't work, it keeps loading until it eventually fails. Also, calls sometimes don't work and the phone has to be restarted. I'm starting to think this might be a SIM card issue.

generally when photo messages (MMS Messages) don't work... that's down to the network or the MMS settings. normally the network should be able to send a SMS text with the MMS settings to open and then save on the phone... but I think you should ask Boost for a replacement SIM.

This may sound silly but when you are sending MMS messages ensure they are sent through Mobile data and not WiFi.
