Galaxy A32 as a Hotspot for wifi

Hi, I just purchased a used A32 and I am also using it as a Hotspot for my wifi connections. But the connection to my computer and television gets disconnected every 30 minutes. The Hotspot on the phone is still on, so I only need to reconnect the devices to the wifi network of the phone and all works again. But this is a little annoying and with my old phone such never happened. I have been trying to search all settings from the phone, but cannot find what could impact to this. I suspect the phone just cuts the Hotspot for a very brief moment and then reactivates itself, but the connected devices have already dropped out from the network.

I know, the best solution would be to just get another phone, but I am unemployed and the cash is a bit short

Power saving mode on the phone can do this. Is it turned on?

OK. If you open the hotspot under connections head to configure then advanced. Is the turn off when no device connected enabled? Turn this off.

No, did not work. The computer and television, still lose the contact to the wifi every now and then and like I said, this never happened with my old phone (A totally ***** Huawei, with which you could not use Googleplay).
Might it be possible that, as the phone is pretty old and has probably had several android updates, that perhaps some older version of android might have had an option to cut out the hotspot after some period of time? If this may be possible, then there might also be a possibility to release all the restrictions for the Hotspot?

Blast! I had hoped that was the cure. I don't know about older versions of Android creating this issue. If the phone is old, perhaps the usual housekeeping of clearing system cache may help as this should rid your phone of the corrupt files that may be causing this issue. It will speed up your phone, too, otherwise I'm at a loss.

I'm having the same issue. Incredibly annoying. I'm going to check all the various power saving/sleeping options. My phone is hotspot for everything. It doesn't matter much of the time but it's chucking me out of work meetings so a solution is needed.
