Galaxy A22 - My sound does not work.

When setting my ringtones or media tones the speaker doesnt play anything, the phone doesnt ring with sound only vibrates. I have tried everything mention on Youtube, here in the Samsung community, please help. this is Brand new phone.  Samsung Galaxy A22

Have you run the diagnostics for your phone by using the support feacher on samsung members app.??

Yes I have, the mic and speaker not working

If the diagnostics say there is a problem. Contact where you purchased it from. It will be under warranty if its new.
