Galaxy A15 5G Wifi Calling does not Appear as an option

Just bought a new (sealed box) A15 5G and can find no menu option for WiFi Calling. Have been through the menus countless times but can find nothing related. Any ideas pse - this is really frustrating😠

Depending on your cell provider, that option can be hidden. No clue why they do that. Open your phone app, 3 dots top right, settings, go down a little, wifi calling should be there too

I have ID Mobile and dont get 5g in most places besides cities

Nope! Not there - loads of other options - no WiFi Calling.

Do you see this icon on the top of your screen? (Make sure you're on wifi) If so, it's just on by default. If not, I have other things for you to try

 The phone says: Network Mode 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect).

If you cannot see WiFi Calling option as mentioned above, it could be that it hasn't been provisioned by your network provider.

You'll need to check with them first 🙏

Should have added that provider TalkTalk and Carrier  Voda BOTH say that the WiFi option should auto appear - they have to do nothing vis-a-vis the SIM or Customer Account. They say it's the phone!

Of course, they say it's the phone.

Go on Google and search "network coverage." Put in your provider. Choose a website and enter your postcode; see if 5G is in your area specifically.

Voda has no 5G in my area, only 4G - but if you Google 'does wifi calling work on 4G' the answer is 'yes'?
