Galaxy a13 5g power button not working

My fiance has a galaxy a13 5g and the power button does not work and the phone is powered off. When you plug it in the charging symbol pops up showing that it is charging and when it goes off hitting the volume up or down will bring it back up but the power button does not respond at all and we cannot turn on the phone. We need to access the phone immediately due to court emails. How can I access or fix this problem fast at home or is it at the point of either getting the phone repaired or replacing it?
