My galaxy a12 is running on android 11 how can I update this android 12

Hi markthestag, it has started rolling out in some countries already. Which country are you in? Or you can check via Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. If this help hit kudos or Mark as answered on the post please 😀

Best practice is via Settings,  Software update.

Another is via Samsung Smartswitch.

If the update is ready for an eligible phone model then it will be available via both avenues above.

Keep checking in the phone's software update and set the update to automatically download over Wi-Fi.

Hi I am in the UK I keep checking for updates but nothing yet

@markthestag May I ask where you purchased your phone, is it a UK model? Have you had a go at updating via Smart Switch as mentioned above?
