Best practice is via Settings, Software update.
Another is via Samsung Smartswitch.
If the update is ready for an eligible phone model then it will be available via both avenues above.
Keep checking in the phone's software update and set the update to automatically download over Wi-Fi.

@markthestag May I ask where you purchased your phone, is it a UK model? Have you had a go at updating via Smart Switch as mentioned above?
