I am experiencing difficulties receiving text responses. I looked on Google and the vast majority support Rebooting you mobile, hey it works but every time I need a Passcode I have to reboot my phone. I cannot get an answer from Samsung, have tried most of this afternoon, FAQ, no answer, Live Chat, it was more Live no chat, asked for a supervisor none chatted with me, Left my landline number and hey guess what, yeah you right no one has phoned. I wish I had remained with Huawei.

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone to help rule out the sim card and or network masts where you are @FjR513
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can test the phone.
