Are you still within your cooling off period to return the phone to swap it out for another @MAKKA147 ?
If so then I'd suggest to make the arrangements.
You shouldn't have to be experiencing such issues with a " brand new phone "
If not then seek support from the company who supplied the phone or if supplied by Samsung directly seek an appointment at a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre or arrangements to send it to them.
