Hello,

Since aproximately a month it has appeared another app in my list of applications in order to browse my files "Archivos". Since I bought this SA13 I have been using "Mis archivos". Now I have two and I don't know why. I can deactivate "Archivos" but I can't do the same action for "Mis archivos". I tried deactivating the first one and I had issues importing files e.g. voice input file in Futo keyboard. 

Also, another strange thing have been occurring since a long time ago: when I access to Mis Archivos a message alert displays in the screen that says that the content has been copied. I checked the permissions but I haven't find what is happening. Can you help me, please?

Both, the system software and the app are updated to the last version. I have tried reinstalling the app and tried a factory resetting. Still, the issue persists. Thanks!

This morning I talked  via live chat with the Samsung IT department. They told me about updating the app in the Galaxy store. It seems the version of the app available to download there is newer. Still, after that, the issue persists.
