Fake Snapchat notification possibly virus

I kept having a pop up at the top of my screen next to the time and it would pop up and dissappear without any sound and it seemed to be a fake Snapchat icon like it was thicker than the usual one... anyone else get this

@spotlight1234: If you're concerned, please head to Settings > Device care > App protection > Scan phone, as this will highlight any malware or suspicious activity on your device. I also recommend uninstalling any apps that you have installed prior to when you first encountered the issue.
