It happens to my S10 lite every 3/4 months. Im running out of battery, and just shuts at 5%. When I turn it up, this light blue airplane mode just appears. I generally solve it by cleanning the caché of most apps, turn it off, and done

Samsung stuck with faded blue flight mode:
Everything I tried wouldn't work and all samsung suggestions didn't work either.
I decided to play around and give it one last shot and it worked.
Took out my sim card, restarted my phone and the service bars came back on. I left it for a minute for good luck and put sim card back in.
It works now yay

this happened because my phone died because of low battery, i tried everything like hard reset, wipe cache partition, etc. only worked when i eject the sim slot, so i thought my sim card was the problem, but then i tried using my friend's and it still didnt work.
then i tried making my phone die to 0% and turning it on, it didnt work the first two times, but third time it worked. so now im just avoiding my phone die out of battery/restarts to prevent this from happening again.

This method works for me. Basically you just need to took out your sim card and wait until your phone showing signal bar again. Then, you can put again your sim card and voila. It works.
Thanks @EloiseAMM !

Simply replace the charging port board. It’s not using the correct one. Thank me later—this is the only solution that works perfectly without any issues.
I found this solution to be the best and easiest after watching a video that explained it. It worked for me! The fix is as simple as removing the incorrect charging pad and replacing it with the original model that matches your phone's firmware.
For example, I use an S20 Ultra with firmware specific to Hong Kong G9880. I realized that my charging point was using one made for the USA G988U. Once I switched it to the original one intended for my phone, everything started working again, and the network came back full strength.
There’s nothing wrong with your phone; you just need to replace the charging pad with the original version that matches your phone’s firmware. It's really easy! I've helped others with the same issue, and it worked for them too. Just change your charging point to the original version for your phone firmware. You’ll see how simple it is!

What do you mean by charging pad here? I'm using cable and not wireless version

Click here to watch video Blue Airplane mode error
This is what I mean. I mean the charging port board for your phone. Change it and it will start having networ. It affects the airplane mode that's why you're not having network signal. This is responsible for keeping your phone on the faded blue airplane mode

I see, so we need to bring this to the service center and get replacement, right?
