External SD on A12

My phone just updated today.  I had several APPS on my SD card.  I tried uninstalling one of them and reinstalling.  When I try to move it to the SD card, I get an out of storage error.  I am only using 1% of the SD card.  The base version of Android is A125U1UEU6CWEB.  Can I roll back to the previous version.  Not sure what that was.  Or how do we fix on this version?

You could try formatting the SD card or unmounting and mounting again, I hope you resolve your issue soon though! Edit: you can't Go back to a different version as that's locked for obvious purposes.

If you gonna format it, make sure you copy what you want off it before formatting it as there is no coming back after format

I had already unmounted and remounted the SD card.  I do not want to reformat it because I would lose the app data that is stored on it.  Any other ideas?
