I was hoping someone might have some suggestions to fix a -999 error I get when trying to download a theme on my A52. This has been going on since I got it. I can see all the themes in the store and it looks like the themes are downloading when selected, but I get the -999 error after the "download completing" message appears. On a related note, the dynamic lock screen images will not download either. The installation hangs after the download appears to be complete.

Is it possible the theme isn't compatible with your phone or it's current software version @Angela030 

You can contact the theme developer directly to let them know of the issue your facing which they might be able to help with.
