@Mrkrwn: Unfortunately the Dynamic Wallpaper feature in Settings > Wallpaper > Wallpaper services is not available on the Home Screen. As an alternative, select Gallery and tap on up to 15 images, which can be displayed in a slideshow style format on your Home Screen. I understand that this isn't quite what you were looking for, and apologise for any disappointment this may cause you.
