Drop down quick setting menu icon' blue dots A10

My daughter has a Galaxy A10. She has somehow turned all her icon's (WiFi/mobile data/air plane mode/NFC etc...) on her drop down quick settings menu to blue dots. Does anyone have any idea how to rectify this and turn icons back to normal? Your help would be much appreciated.

you may need to go onto recovery which is bixby vol up and power and reset it

Hi, thanks for your input. Spoke to Samsung technical and carried out a soft restart. Solved the problem and all icon's are back to normal.
