Need some help.We have fitted a Hikvision WiFi camera door bell.The camera is working well and the notification register on the app.The problem is that when the bell is pressed no ringing on the phone.Hik told me it is a phone settings problem.Any suggestions please,thanking you in advance.

This is a problem with all Samsung phones since they did the update in November 2022. I am having the same problem and has reported it several times to Samsung but they are seem to be doing nothing about the issue.
I even buy a new Samsung phone to try and fix the problem.
