Dear all, I have a A11 and aA32 and since I did the update in November 2022, my onecam doorbell will not work anymore. If the doorbell is pressed I will not get any notification on my phone, if someone pass the doorbell it will send a notification.
I try to bring this to the attention of Samsung but I am getting no where, yet the doorbell work perfectly before the update and is still working perfectly on iPhone.

Hi @AR213

I do not own the make and model of doorbell you have but I do own and use the Ring Doorbell Gen² and the Ring Doorbell ⁴ and a Ring Security Camera outside camera and two internal Ring Cameras that all connect to my Home Broadband Wi-Fi.

Typically Doorbells are meant to connect to Home Broadband Wi-Fi.

They need to be connected to a stable strong Wi-Fi Connection.

I appreciate you've had yours working previously however the Wi-Fi strength from your phone maybe the cause.

Maybe also reach out to the Manufacturer of your Doorbell and kr look at any support and faqs section.

There may also be a Community Forum to join and reach out in.

You may in the interim use your other device if you do not have Home Broadband.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Thanks for your advice but I am using my home broadband and I am standing one foot away from my doorbell when I press the button. If I walk up to it , I will get the notification, but I get no notification on my Samsung phone when the button is pressed, but my wife get the notification on her iPhone.
