Does Galaxy A55 support esim in all its versions?

I have the A54 which only supports esim in some countries, I'm interested in getting the A55 but want to confirm if it has different versions depending on destination country and which one of them supports esim.
Nothing is mentioned about different versions, so should I assume that esim is supported in all the versions?

I just asked some people who bought it here in my country and it seems like there is only one version and it supports esim.

SIM 1 + Hybrid (SIM or MicroSD) or Embedded SIM means you can have only 2 lines/numbers, SIM 1 + either phyisical SIM 2 OR esim, and in order to enable esim you have to disable one of the phyisical SIMs.

And does the dual sim version also supports esim?

I don't think the hybrid does. Only 2 physical SIMs. Saying that the specs on Samsung site are a bit ambiguous. At least it is to me 🤔

I usually check specs via this site @Imady

Gsmarena.com

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Yes, like I said...ambiguous.

There is no hybrid and non hybrid versions, there is only one version which supports 2 physical SIMs and 1 esim, but only 2 lines can function at the same time.

I saw this but it seems not accurate, I cannot find any mention on Samsung's website about different versions.

I have the A54 and there is 2 versions, both Dual sim but one supports esim and one doesn't (You have to dig deeper to find this info). But for the A55, it says there is one version and it supports esim.

I agree, its confusing.

The specs I posted first were taken from the Samsung UK site and refer to the UK model.

The wording is ambiguous. It says 'or' not 'and'.
I took that to mean you can only have SIM 1 + SIM 2 but no eSIM. SIM 2 would replace the SD card (the hybrid bit)

Or

SIM 1 + eSIM

It doesn't mention anywhere if you can have 2 x SIMs and eSIM simultaneously. Which is what your question was.

I was also confused by the wording

According to this article https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/tutoriels/gestion-de-la-double-sim-et-de-l-esim-sur-les-smartpho...
It's SIM1+SIM2 or SIM1+esim

Sorry it's in french but you can translate it
