Have you got charging czbke attached? Remove it.

Check sensitivity settings. If you have thdm.

Try different keyboard.

It would have to be constantly tapping exactly where youre tapping to do this-

Hold volume down and power button until phone restarts.

If it continues boot into Safe mode

*as mentioned- having a charger which isnt grounded can cause this

@Axl677: Please try heading to Settings > General management > Samsung Keyboard settings > Swipe, touch and feedback > Keyboard touch and hold delay > Select 'Long' or 'Custom' to see if this helps. 

You can also try heading to Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and dexterity > Tap duration > Set tap duration, and follow the on-screen instructions.
