There is no way to change already existing free theme I have?

How can I make transparent desktop icon folder background? Or even better, no folder around visible? Can I make the icons inside a bit bigger?

I attached here two examples from the same home panel on two different themes. Notice that in one theme little icons are a bit smaller and there is no visible background folder around them. In the other example that I actualky use, little icons are a bit bigger and the fokder background is transparent and barely visible. If I create a theme, The backround around the icons is pale gray and non transparent and since I have all my screen covered in grouped icons in folders, in dark mode it looks horrible covered with those grey squares. So, is there a way to remove the background or make it completely transparent?
